¼ c. minced fresh basil

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Mi
x with fork until well blended. Using a small spoon, scoop about 1 tea
spoon of the cheese mixture and carefully stuff into peppers.
