8 Mission Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. warmed chocolate fudge topping
1 container (8 oz.) non dairy whipped cream
1/4 c. toasted almonds, sliced
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Combine cherry filling, cranberry sauce and cinnamon, mix well. To ass
emble crepes, spoon 1/4 cup chocolate fudge down the tortilla center.
Top each with 1/8 of the whipped topping and 1/8 of the filling.
Roll up and place seamside down. Top with 1 tablespoon fudge sauce and
garnish with toasted almonds.
