Attention: H-E-B Photo Customers
As a result of a fast changing industry, H-E-B has decided to exit the photo business, both in our stores and online. Over the next few months, current H-E-B Photo Centers will be transitioned into expanded Entertainment Departments with new products at the low prices our customers expect from H-E-B. Our online photo site will be closed effective August 22, 2011.
After August 22, 2011, all remaining processed photo orders at store level will be available for pick up at your store's Customer Service Desk for 30 days.
LifePics, our online service provider, manages photofinishing sites for 20,000 retail store locations. You can continue to use LifePics for all your digital printing and storage with these options:
Order prints and have them delivered:

Order prints and pick up at a retailer near you:
- To find the LifePics retailer most convenient to you, search now
- Once you select a retailer, you can access your online photo albums at LifePics by using the same email address and password you've always used.
IMPORTANT: As long as you continue to use the site there is no change, but after 6 months of inactivity, your LifePics account and your images will expire.
