Your H-E-B Cheese Shop has hundreds of cheese ranging from mild, domestic cheddar to aged, imported Gorgonzola. You can take it home cubed, shredded or in wedges from 4 ounces to a full pound, depending on your needs. Don't be afraid to ask for a taste! You can try any of the cheeses we offer.
