Question: How do I use my card?

Answer:

You can use your card at any H-E-B, H-E-B plus!, Central Market, Mi Tienda or Joe V's location. Simply give your Valued Partner Perks (VPP) card to the Cashier before you pay, and they will scan your card. When you receive your receipt, you will be able to see each item that qualified for a 10% discount as well as any other VPP discounts applied.

Question: Who is eligible to redeem the free Valued Partner Perks offers?

Answer:

The primary, Partner card as well as the secondary household card are eligible to redeem the free offers. Note: The offers are limit one per household (primary or secondary cards).

Question: Can I use my card in conjunction with my H-E-B Chase MasterCard and still earn my rewards?

Answer:

Yes. You can use whatever form of payment you prefer on your eligible purchases.

Question: Can I use my card if I pay with WIC or Lonestar?

Answer:

Yes. You can use your Partner Perks card with no effect on your benefits.

Question: Can I use my card if I pay at a U-scan?

Answer:

Yes, but your card must be scanned by the attending cashier before payment is rendered.

Question: What happens if I don't get my discount at the point of sale?

Answer:

First, check the Valued Partner Perks page to make sure that the item(s) in question are actually included in the program. If the item does qualify, please bring your receipt to your store and a manager will be able to provide you with reimbursement.

Question: What do I do if my card doesn't work properly?

Answer:

First, make sure that you have registered your card properly on the Valued Partner Perks page. If you have followed the necessary steps and the card still won't scan, please contact the Partner Service Center.

Question: Can I get my discount "after the fact" if I forgot to present my card?

Answer:

No. You must remember to present your card in order to receive the discount. You cannot substitute another identifier such as a phone number for the card.

Question: Can I get my discount if I know my card number but do not have my card with me?

Answer:

No. You must actually have your physical Valued Partner Perks card with you.
