Low Saturated Fat Low Saturated Fat
Products with the low saturated fat label have less than 1g saturated fat per serving and less than 15% of calories from saturated fat.
Low Sodium Low Sodium
Products with the low sodium label have less than 140 mg of sodium per serving.
Heart Healthy Heart Healthy
Heart healthy products are low in fat, saturated fat and cholesterol. This means they have less than 600 mg sodium per serving, and provide 10% or more of Vitamin A, C, Calcium, Iron, Dietary Fiber or protein per serving.*
Sugar Free Sugar Free
Products with the sugar free label have 0g total sugar per serving.
Gluten Free Gluten Free
Products with gluten free tags are identified by the manufacturer as gluten free and are aligned with FDA guidelines.

Fiber Source Fiber Source
Products with a fiber source label contain more than 10% daily value of fiber per serving and less than 3g of total fat per serving.


Carb Aware Carb Aware
Products labeled with the Carb Aware tag have 0 to 15 grams of carbohydrates per serving.

Vegan Vegan
Products with the Vegan label exclude meat, poultry, eggs, shellfish and dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients.

Vegetarian Vegetarian
Excludes meat, pork, poultry, fish and shellfish as part of the ingredients, but may contain animal derived ingredients like eggs or dairy.

Whole Grain Whole Grain
The first ingredient must be a whole grain, excluding water.
Organic Organic
Organic products are at least 95% organic and meet the USDA standards which prohibits the use of GMOs.
