Using Health Spending Accounts
(FSA, HSA) Cards at H-E-B

At H-E-B we are committed to helping our customers stay healthy and able to purchase products for their health and wellness in a variety of ways. To that end, H-E-B accepts virtually all Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and other Health Spending cards.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) determines which products are FSA eligible. Below is a sample listing of some common types of over the counter (OTC) products that are FSA eligible and ineligible.
