Sylvia´s Famous Baked Catfish

Ingredients:
2 pounds catfish fillets
1 teaspoon Sylvia´s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 teaspoons Sylvia´s Soulful Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sylvia´s Sizzlin´ Hot Seasoning
8 ounces Sylvia´s Soulful Herbal Vinaigrette OR
8 ounces Sylvia´s Honey Mustard

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Trim the catfish of any skin or membrane. Mix Sylvia´s dry seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the fillets. Dredge the fillets in the 8 ounces of Sylvia´s Soulful Herbal Vinaigrette or Honey Mustard Sauce (depending on which flavor you prefer).
3. Place catfish covered in an oven tray and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until catfish is done.
