Heavenly Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:
1/3 cup heavy cream
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
3 tablespoons liqueur, such as Kahlúa or Grand Marnier, optional

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Remove the pan from heat and add the chocolate. Gently whisk until the chocolate has completely melted. Add the liqueur and stir to combine. Pour chocolate into fondue pot and set a small candle below. Use as low a flame as possible or the chocolate will burn.
