H-E-B Artichoke Salad 1/2 cup H-E-B Kalamata Olives, pitted and halved 1 cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeded and thin sliced 1 container H-E-B Champagne Sweet Tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup each: H-E-B Mozzarella Cheese and H-E-B Crumbled Feta Cheese 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 teaspoon Central Market Organics® Dillweed 1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil Salt and pepper Directions: Layer artichoke salad, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, cheeses, dill, and olive oil in a large salad bowl and toss gently. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Before serving, toss salad again and season to taste with salt and pepper. |
