recipe categories / poultry / turkey  MEXICAN TURKEY BURGERS Courtesy of H-E-B Showtime Ingredients: 1 bag H-E-B FULLY COOKED TURKEY BURGERS 1 tub (8 oz.) H-E-B READY, FRESH, GO! PICO DE GALLO, mild, medium, or hot 4 slices H-E-B MONTEREY JACK CHEESE 2 Teaspoons TACO SEASONING 3/4 cup H-E-B MAYONNAISE 4 H-E-B BAKE SHOP HAMBURGER BUNS Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 2. Lay turkey burgers on a nonstick baking sheet. 3. Top each patty with 2 tablespoons of pico de gallo and 1 slice of cheese. 4. Bake for 20 minutes until patties are hot. 5. Mix taco seasoning and mayonnaise together and spread on buns. 6. Assemble burgers and serve hot. |
