Valencia Spinach Salad

 Ingredients:
1/2 cup H-E-B TEXAS TWISTS BALSAMIC BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
1 jar (12 oz) H-E-B HARVEST MOON MANDARIN ORANGES, drained
1/2 package (10 oz) BABY SPINACH LEAVES
1/2 small RED ONION, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped HILL COUNTRY FARE SPANISH PEANUTS or PECANS
1/2 cup crumbled H-E-B QUESO FRESCO CHEESE

Directions:
Layer salad dressing, mandarin oranges, spinach leaves, onion, peanuts and queso fresco cheese in a large salad bowl. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. Toss salad before serving.
