Pasta Mexicana

Ingredients:
3 cups H-E-B WAGON WHEEL PASTA
1/2 cup chopped GREEN ONION
1/2 cup chopped GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 large TOMATO, chopped
1 bag (12 oz) heated H-E-B FULLY COOKED FAJITA STRIPS, beef or chicken
1/2 cup shredded H-E-B MONTEREY or JALAPEÑO JACK CHEESE
1/2 cup H-E-B TEXAS TWISTS CREAMY CILANTRO COTIJA SALAD DRESSING

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2. Combine the cooked pasta, onions, bell pepper, tomato and heated fajitas in a large salad bowl. Add the H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing and toss to coat ingredients. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste and top with shredded cheese. Serve Pasta Mexicana hot or cold.
