recipe categories / salads / fruit and vegetable Heart of Palm Chipotle Salad Ingredients: 1 jar (16 oz) H-E-B HARVEST MOON HEART OF PALM drained & thin sliced 1 bag (6 oz) BABY SPINACH LEAVES or SPRING MIX SALAD 1 large TOMATO cut into 12 wedges 1 jar (4 oz) H-E-B HARVEST MOON DICED PIMIENTOS drained 1/2 cup H-E-B MEXICAN or ITALIAN BLEND SHREDDED CHEESE 1/3 cup HEB TWISTER CHIPOTLE THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING Directions: 1. Cut heart of palms in half and set aside. Spread baby spinach leaves in salad platter or 6 individual salad plates. Arrange tomato wedges in pairs in platter or two per salad plate. Stack 3 heart of palm sections in center of tomato wedges. Top salad with diced pimientos and shredded cheese. 2. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more.
