Heart of Palm Chipotle Salad

Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz) H-E-B HARVEST MOON HEART OF PALM drained & thin sliced
1 bag (6 oz) BABY SPINACH LEAVES or SPRING MIX SALAD
1 large TOMATO cut into 12 wedges
1 jar (4 oz) H-E-B HARVEST MOON DICED PIMIENTOS drained
1/2 cup H-E-B MEXICAN or ITALIAN BLEND SHREDDED CHEESE
1/3 cup HEB TWISTER CHIPOTLE THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING

Directions:
1. Cut heart of palms in half and set aside. Spread baby spinach leaves in salad platter or 6 individual salad plates. Arrange tomato wedges in pairs in platter or two per salad plate. Stack 3 heart of palm sections in center of tomato wedges. Top salad with diced pimientos and shredded cheese.

2. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top the salad with HEB Twister Chipotle Thousand Salad Dressing before serving.
