Cilantro Grilled Avocados

Ingredients:
4 H-E-B FRESHER LASTING JUMBO AVOCADOS
1/2 cup H-E-B TEXAS TWISTS CREAMY CILANTRO COTIJA SALAD DRESSING
1 can (8 oz) PINEAPPLE TIDBITS, drained
1/4 teaspoon crushed RED PEPPER
1 GREEN ONION, chopped
1 cup shredded MONTEREY JACK CHEESE

Directions:
1. Combine jumbo avocado halves and 1/3 cup of H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing in a zipper bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

2. Combine remaining H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing, crushed pineapple, red pepper and chopped green onion in a small bowl; toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

3. Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375°F). Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill marinated avocados on each side for 4 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and pineapple salsa. Serve warm.
