recipe categories / pasta main dishes / seafood-pasta main dish Shrimp Ranchero Ingredients: 2 T CANOLA OIL 2 cups H-E-B INSTANT LONG GRAIN RICE 1 1/2 lbs raw SHRIMP, peeled & deveined 1 medium ZUCCHINI SQUASH, cut into thin slices 1 bag (16 oz) H-E-B FRESHER LASTING RANCHERA SAUCE Directions: 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and rice. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until rice is golden. 2. Add shrimp, zucchini and H-E-B Fresher Lasting Ranchera Cooking Sauce. Bring the rice mixture to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, cover skillet and cook rice dish for 10 minutes. Season Shrimp Ranchera to taste with salt and pepper. |
