Pasta Mexicana Ranchera

Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) H-E-B THIN SPAGHETTI or CAPPELINI
2 H-E-B FULLY COOKED HERBED CHICKEN BREASTS, thin sliced
1 bag (16 oz) H-E-B FRESHER LASTING RANCHERA SAUCE
1 container (5 oz) H-E-B READY FRESH GO! 3 COLOR PEPPER STRIPS
1 cup H-E-B GRATED COTIJA CHEESE

Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, combine the thin sliced chicken and H-E-B Fresher Lasting Ranchera Sauce in a microwave safe bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave oven on High power for 4 minutes.

3. Combine the hot pasta and heated Ranchera Sauce Mixture with the 3 color pepper strips in a large pasta bowl; toss to coat ingredients. Top the Pasta Mexicana Ranchera with grated Cotija Cheese and serve.
