Oven Roasted Roots

Ingredients:
1/2 cup H-E-B TEXAS TWISTS BALSAMIC BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
1/2 lb. TURNIPS, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
1/2 lb. CARROTS, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 lb. SWEET POTATOES, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
1/2 lb. ONIONS, cut into 2-inch chunks
1/2 lb. POTATOES, cut into 2-inch chunks

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°F. Place oven rack in middle position. Spray a large roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with foil first for easy clean-up.

2. Combine HEB Texas Twists Balsamic Blue Cheese Salad Dressing, turnips, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions and potatoes in a large bowl; toss to coat.

3. Place seasoned roots in prepared roasting pan. Season roots with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until roots are caramelized and golden.
