Roasted Peppers And Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkg (16 oz.) H-E-B SELECT ASPARAGUS SPEARS
1 bag (5 oz.) SPRING MIX GREENS
1 jar (11 oz.) H-E-B HARVEST MOON ROASTED RED & YELLOW PEPPERS, drained & thin sliced
1/2 cup H-E-B SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
1/2 cup H-E-B SESAME HONEY GARLIC DRESSING
Add On:
1/2 cup CHOPPED WALNUTS

Directions:
1. Cook asparagus according to package directions and set aside to cool.

2. Arrange spring mix on a large platter and arrange asparagus, sliced roasted peppers and shredded cheese over greens. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

3.Before serving, drizzle Sesame Honey Garlic Dressing.
