H-E-B Fat-Free Sliced Deli Ham or Turkey 1 bag (8 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Cheddar, reduced fat or fat free 1/2 cup H-E-B Mayonnaise 8 leaves H-E-B Ready Fresh Go Lettuce Scoops 8 H-E-B Pimiento Stuffed Olives, sliced Directions: 1. Cut bread into coffin shapes and spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on each half. 2. Layer 2 slices of folded sliced ham or turkey and 1 Tablespoon shredded cheese on 8 of the coffin shaped bread slices. Top with the remaining coffin shaped bread slice. Use mayonnaise on back of olive slices and place on bread to decorate: 2 olive slices for eyes and 1 olive cut in half for the mouth. 3. Place each coffin sandwich in a lettuce scoop and arrange on a large platter. *You can toast the bread if desired. |
