Heavenly Cake

Ingredients:
1 angel food cake, ready-made or prepared from a box mix
4 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations Dulce De Leche Ice Cream
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping

Directions:
1. Using a bread or serrated knife, slice angel food cake into two equal layers.
2. Place bottom cake layer back into cake pan. Evenly spread H-E-B Creamy Creations Dulce De Leche Ice Cream over cake layer and gently press second cake layer over ice cream. Wrap cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm and frozen.
3. Remove frozen cake from pan and place cake upside down on a cake plate. Spread whipped topping on cake with a spatula. Serve immediately or return to freezer until ready to serve.
