Two Hearts Salad

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) bag Fresh Express Riviera Salad Blend
1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts
1 (14 ounce) can salad-cut palm hearts
1 pint grape tomatoes
1/4 red onion, cut into thin slices
1 avocado, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons French vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
1. Divide salad blend among 4 salad plates.
2. Top with artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, and red onion rings. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Right before serving, top with avocado wedges and drizzle with salad dressing.
