recipe categories / desserts / pies and tarts Pumpkin Pie Courtesy of H-E-B Ingredients: 1 deep-dish pie crust 3 large whole eggs, beaten 1 (15 ounce) can Hill Country Fare Solid Packed Pumpkin 1 (12 ounce) can Hill Country Fare Evaporated Milk 1 cup sugar or Splenda 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes. 2. Combine eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. 3. Pour pumpkin mixture in thawed pie shell. Bake pie on center oven rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie before cutting into 8 servings. |
