recipe categories / appetizers / hot-appetizers  Holiday Olive Cheese Balls Courtesy of H-E-B Ingredients: 2 cup sharp grated cheese 1/2 cup soft margarine 1 cup sifted flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 48 Hill Country Fare stuffed Spanish olives Directions: Mix first 5 ingredients together. Roll teaspoonful into ball around each olive. Place on cookie sheet pan. Freeze. Place directly (do not thaw) in preheated oven at 425 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes until they puff up. Serve warm or room temperature. |
