recipe categories / desserts / frozen Margarita Pie Ingredients: 1 can (10 oz) frozen concentrate Bacardi Margarita Mixer 2 cups vanilla ice cream 2 cups lime sherbet 2 tbsp. tequila (optional) 1 (6 oz) HCF graham cracker pie crust 8 slices thin lime slices for decorating pie Directions: Remove ice cream, sherbet and margarita mixer from freezer. Spoon half (2/3 cup) of mixer into a large bowl to soften and freeze remaining mixer for other use. Combine ice cream and sherbet with softened margarita mixer and add tequila if desired. Spoon mixture into pie crust; mounding towards center. Cover with pie crust plastic lid and freeze for 30 minutes until firm. |
