recipe categories / desserts / puddings and custards Blueberry Graham Pudding Courtesy of North American Blueberry Council Ingredients: 2 pints blueberries 1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoon flour 3 teaspoon grated orange rind, divided 1 egg 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds Directions: Combine blueberries, sugar, flour and 2 teaspoons orange rind. Pour mixture into shallow 1 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Spoon mixture evenly over berries. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes or until crusty on top. Spoon into bowls and serve warm. |
