Roasted Tiny Potatoes with Toppings

Ingredients:
16 to 20 tiny red potatoes, scrubbed clean
olive oil, as needed
sour cream
caviar
bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
green onions, chopped
grated Parmesan cheese, crumbled blue cheese or feta
butter
mixed herbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub olive oil on each potato. Bake potatoes in a single layer until tender in large baking pan
