Rice Federation Ingredients: 12 oz. thinly sliced roast beef 1 (4 oz.) pkg. herb-flavored, soft cream cheese 4 large flour tortillas 2 cups spinach leaves (about 20 leaves) 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained Directions: 1. Spread cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla. Lay roast beef over cream cheese, leaving an 1/2-inch border around edges. Place spinach leaves over beef. Arrange red peppers over spinach. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours before serving. 2. To serve, cut each roll crosswise into 12 slices; arrange cut side up on serving platter. |
