1. Spray a large baking sheet and spoon with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2. Place butter in large, microwave-safe bowl and heat in a microwave oven on High power for 30 seconds.
3. Add marshmallows. Then stir to coat marshmallows with butter.
4. Heat mixture in microwave oven on High power for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Remove from microwave oven and stir mixture until smooth.
5. To marshmallow mixture, add prepared popcorn, 1 1/2 cups corn candies and peanuts or nuts (if desired). Coat mixing spoon with non-stick cooking spray. Then stir mixture with spoon.
6. Coat hands with non-stick cooking spray. Mold 1 cup of popcorn mixture with hands into a tear-drop shape. Then press a Hill Country Fare Chocolate Sugar Cone onto the pointed end (to help secure the ice cream cone "hat") and place on a plate.
7. Cool completely and wrap in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
Tip: Keep hands coated with butter or cooking spray between each popcorn ball.
